Quality

Groups of colors are scattered throughout, and these are merged to produce a unified color. Throughout the manufacturing process, both on the groups and the finished mix, quality control methods are implemented. The pigment pastes that are manufactured are contrasted with a master lot standard sample. To make sure the color matches the normal lot, one last check is performed. To assess the color, a fiberglass laminate, epoxy potting, or foam is made, depending on the final product. Specialized equipment is utilized to compare the produced lot to the standard sample. We have a dedicated laboratory inside our organization to perform testing on polyurethane foams.
